New York OBS Facilities – Adverse Event Reporting

For all OBS Facilities in New York, the State Department of Health has just announced the availability of its Electronic Office-based Surgery Adverse Event Reporting. Notices were sent directly to all OBS facilities and follow up emails sent to ensure notification.
