Procedural Standards and Checklist for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities Updated

The Procedural Standards and Checklist for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities has been updated for surveys on or after February 1, 2019.

• Procedural facilities surveyed before February 1, 2019 will be surveyed with the Standards and Checklist – Procedural V3.1.
• Procedural facilities surveyed on or after February 1, 2019 will be surveyed with the Standards and Checklist – Procedural V4.1.
