Erin is one of the first people many of our clients have contact with at QUAD A. And that’s why she is focused on excellent internal and external customer service in her role as a receptionist.
From answering phones to helping with Patient Safety Data Reporting, Erin does it all, ensuring everyone she works with gets what they need.
That type of flexibility takes a unique attitude, one she sums up in her approach to work and life.
“I try to do and be my best every day and help whenever and wherever I am needed,” she said. “You always want to give 100% and be thankful for all you have.”
The Illinois native is married and has two grown boys. But she still has “babies” at home, a dog named Kaner and a cat named Casper.
She is passionate about animals and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
