QUAD A is proud to announce that our International Accreditation Standards v5.0 has been accredited by the  International Society for Quality in Health Care External Evaluation Association (ISQua EEA) for their International Accreditation Programme (IAP). The endorsement from ISQua EEA is an honor that QUAD A highly values. The accreditation process by ISQua EEA aligns perfectly with QUAD A’s mission to advocate for patient safety and standardized best practices.

ISQua EEA maintains stringent requirements for its prestigious accreditation. Since 2018, ISQua EEA has provided a unique international third-party service to independently assess health and social care external evaluation and standards development organizations. The IAP accreditation, recognized in over 70 countries, is granted to those organizations that provide verified evidence of credible standardization practices internationally. QUAD A’s "Patients First. Always." directive has achieved recognition for our work in standardization practices and evidence-based accreditation requirements. ISQua EEA assesses accreditation based on health and social care standards, external evaluation organizations, surveyor training programs, and quality and patient safety training programs, all critical pillars of the accreditation from QUAD A programs.

ISQua EEA’s accreditation is exclusive to bodies that provide standardization services to health and social care providers. In the third-party accreditation sphere, the IAP from ISQua EEA serves as an additional level of compliance oversight in standardizing patient safety measures.
Obtaining ISQua EEA accreditation enhances QUAD A’s already comprehensive standards by granting access to a broader community involved in maintaining and further developing standard practices that regard patient safety as a top priority. Together, this cohort of like-minded thought leadership experts is driven to mitigate risks to patients seeking comprehensive care and deliver peace of mind.

Additionally, the program is a resource for providers seeking to excel in their fields.
QUAD A is dedicated to complete transparency and continuous improvement in our practices. The ISQua EEA IPA accreditation offers us the opportunity to be evaluated efficiently and to ensure that we have the knowledge necessary to fill any gaps that may remain in our services. This four-year accreditation is granted to organizations that have been operational for a sufficient amount of time and have demonstrated a history of satisfactory operations. It serves as an indicator that our commitment to excellence in the service that we provide is maintained to the highest degree.

Since 1980, QUAD A (a non-profit, physician founded and led global accreditation organization) has worked with thousands of healthcare facilities to standardize and improve the quality of health care they provide – believing that patient safety should always come first.
