Advantage principals have been providing outpatient surgery consulting services for over 25 years, providing hands-on, customized and personalized service to physicians and their ambulatory surgery facilities whether a one OR office-based single practitioner office or a multi-OR, multi-specialty surgery center.
Advantage provides services from inception to successful survey to ongoing management of surgery centers. We get involved at the very beginning, ensuring the chosen location will meet the requirements for accreditation and Medicare certification, when appropriate. We then work with the chosen architect on the design of the space to ensure it meets accreditation guidelines and works well operationally, assisting the engineers by providing equipment specs and locations and working all the way through construction to orientation of staff to accreditation standards and, if possible, presence at the on-site inspection.
