Brett Maxfield, MS CRNA

Director

Brett Maxfield, MS, CNOR, is the Director of Anesthesia and Surgical Services for Madison Avenue Surgery Center in Idaho Falls, Idaho and the President and CEO of Maxfield Healthcare Solutions, an international surgical consulting firm based in Southeastern Idaho.

He is a graduate of Brigham Young University-Idaho, as well as the University of Michigan-Flint Anesthesia Program, and has been a CRNA since 2009. He is an owner in a multi-specialty surgical center in Idaho Falls, Idaho, an international surveyor and member of the board of directors for QUAD A, and a speaker and guest reviewer for Becker’s Healthcare Review. He also enjoys teaching and currently lectures independently and also for Twin Oaks Anesthesia Seminars.

Mr. Maxfield is also currently the president of the Idaho Ambulatory Surgery Center Association, the chair of the AANA practice committee, and a panel member of the AANA Reimbursement Technical Advisory Panel.
