Natalie Scholl

Education Coordinator

Natalie supports the development and delivery of QUAD A’s educational programs. In her role as Education Coordinator, she assists with creating educational materials, organizing events, and supporting podcast and video content that help facilities strengthen patient safety and operational practices.

Natalie brings a patient-centered perspective shaped by her previous experience as a Patient Relations Specialist with University of Iowa Health Care. In that role, she worked directly with patients to gather feedback, resolve concerns, and partner with hospital leadership to implement process improvements. This experience reinforced her commitment to safe, collaborative care and continuous improvement.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Physiology from University of Iowa.

Originally from Iowa and now based in Chicago, Natalie enjoys running, yoga, and reading. She values ongoing learning and is committed to contributing to QUAD A’s mission of supporting healthcare facilities in delivering consistent, high-quality patient outcomes.
