Regional Director - MENA

In his role as Regional Director for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), Muhammad Muddrik Anwar is the primary contact for QUAD A in this region. His responsibilities include not only enhancing QUAD A's regional profile through research and academic engagement but also exploring new avenues for growth and refinement in the accreditation process, utilizing both research methodologies and feedback from regional partners.

Muddrik is a distinguished healthcare executive, educator, and strategic leader with over a decade of experience driving quality improvement, patient safety, and accreditation initiatives across the MENA region. He currently serves as Regional Director for QUAD A in Dubai, leading accreditation operations, government collaborations, and educational outreach to elevate healthcare standards regionally.

Academically, Muddrik holds a PhD in Organizational Behavior (Leadership & Patient Safety) from the University of Sains Malaysia, an MS in Management Sciences (Organizational Behavior), an MBA in Human Resources, and a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy. He is currently pursuing an LLB from the University of London, reflecting his strong commitment to healthcare law and governance.

He is multilingual, a published author, and a frequent speaker at international healthcare conferences, sharing insights on healthcare accreditation, patient safety, and system reforms. His work is driven by a passion for improving healthcare access and quality, especially in developing countries, and he continues to advocate for high-impact, sustainable change in healthcare systems.
