Effective January 1, 2019 the Life and Safety survey fee will increase $100 due to the cost of the increase of Engineering Contracting Fees. The new fee is $ 2,850. This includes the Life and Safety follow-up surveys for Medicare facilities with Life Safety Code deficiencies which result in a condition level deficiency.
