QUAD A Educational Foundation is a nonprofit organization committed to prioritizing patient safety and healthcare education for healthcare facilities around the world through scholarship. By researching patient outcome statistics and the critical needs of healthcare facilities, we work to bridge the gap where current practices and requirements may fall short of creating ideal patient safety regimes, ultimately making a profound difference in patient safety and healthcare education. Despite the best intentions, there are still risks associated with many areas of healthcare that new insights might solve, emphasizing the importance of our mission to conduct and support safety-related research and promote education in the healthcare sector.
